Pale Malt

Main ingredient in most ales and lagers deal for: IPAs, Pale Ales, Golden Ales

Vienna Malt

Vienna Malt is a light-to-medium kilned base malt made from two-row barley. It provides a warm, toasty malt flavor and amber hue, making it perfect for balanced lagers and malt-forward ales.

Munich Malt

Munich Malt is a rich, aromatic base malt produced by kilning germinated barley at higher temperatures than standard base malts. It offers a deep golden to amber color, a pronounced malty sweetness, and a classic bread crust flavor.

Pilsner Malt

Pilsner Malt is a light, clean base malt traditionally used in brewing pilsners, lagers, and light-colored beers. It is made from high-quality two-row barley and kilned at lower temperatures to preserve delicate enzymes and a mild, grainy-sweet flavor.

Wheat Malt

Wheat malt is made from germinated and dried wheat grains. It adds a light, bready flavor and improves foam and texture, especially in wheat beers.

Dark Roasted Malts

Dark Roasted Malts are highly kilned or roasted malts, used in small quantities to deliver intense color and complex, roasted flavors. They contribute bitterness, burnt character, and a dry finish, making them essential for crafting bold, dark beer styles.

Caramel / Crystal Malts

Caramel (Crystal) Malts are specialty malts made by stewing green malt (before drying) so that its starches convert into sugars inside the husk. The malt is then roasted, locking in sweetness and producing a wide range of flavors and colors — from light honey sweetness to deep burnt caramel and raisin.

Roasted Barley

Roasted Barley is unmalted barley that has been roasted at high temperatures until dark brown or nearly black. It offers a sharp, dry roasted flavor and is the signature grain in classic dry stouts — adding both color and character.

Black Patent Malt

Black Patent Malt is one of the darkest malts available. It’s created by roasting malted barley at extremely high temperatures, producing jet-black grains with a very intense burnt, acrid flavor.
